We want you to be happy with our services. This policy explains when refunds are possible.

| SSL certificates | Refundable within 7 days if the certificate has not been issued |
| Software licences, setup fees, add-ons | Not refundable |
| Renewals | Not refundable after the renewal date |
How to request a refund
Open a support ticket or use Request Cancellation in your client area within the refund period. Tell us the service and the reason.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (UPI / bank) within 7–10 working days. GST invoices are adjusted with a credit note. Transaction charges of payment gateways, if any, are not refundable.
Not eligible
Accounts suspended for abuse or breach of our Terms of Service, and services used for more than the refund period, are not eligible for a refund.
